Return Eligibility

Original packaging, box, and accessories must be intact.

Used or damaged products after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Customers need to contact our support team with order details and proof (photo/video) of the issue. After verification, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund may be sent via mobile banking or adjusted with a replacement order.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Exchange Option

Customers may request product exchange instead of refund, subject to stock availability.
